James Hobden

James Hobden has a diverse work experience background. James is currently the Founder of Shore Construction, a company they established in 2022. Prior to this, they founded Shore Estates in 2014, an independent Estate Agents division of 'The Shore Group,' which they founded in 2008. James also founded SPR Executive Limited in 2013, which provides a comprehensive recruitment service to house builders and developers. Before these ventures, James worked as a Partner at Southdown Estimating Consultants in 2013. James also held positions as Director/Founder at The Shore Group from 2008 to the present, Divisional Manager at Rullion from 2006 to 2008, and Technical Manager at Hays from 1998 to 2005.

James Hobden attended the University of Reading from 1995 to 1998, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts Honors degree in English.
