Ross Donnelly

Ross Donnelly currently serves as the Group Head of Business Development at The Shore Group since November 2020. Prior to this role, Ross held the position of Regional Manager at O’Neill & Brennan from November 2018 to October 2020. Ross's earlier experience includes a significant tenure at Rullion, spanning from May 2007 to October 2018, where roles included Strategic Accounts from 2013 to 2018, Office Manager in Brighton from 2009 to 2013, and Divisional Manager for White Collar from 2007 to 2009. Ross began the career at Hays in January 2002, progressing from Senior Consultant in Trades and Labour to Section Manager for White Collar until May 2007.
