Kathleen Conforti has an extensive professional background with a focus on executive support and conservation efforts. Currently serving as the Executive Assistant to the Chairman & CEO at The Shubert Organization since August 2011, Kathleen has previously held significant positions including Senior Executive Assistant to the General Manager at The Metropolitan Opera and Executive Assistant to the Chief Operating Officer at Ogilvy & Mather. Earlier career roles include program management and coordination for the Wildlife Conservation Society and the Smithsonian Institution, as well as administrative leadership at The Joffrey Ballet. Kathleen holds a Master of Science in Conservation Biology from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Fordham University.
