Keturah Shapiro has worked in various roles within the sales and marketing field. Keturah started their career in 2005 as a Development Associate at the Two River Theater Company. In 2006, they joined Plum Benefits as an Account Coordinator, and later worked their way up to become an Account Executive, specializing in Theatre, Family, and Fine Arts. From 2011 to 2012, Keturah served as a Senior Account Executive at Plum Benefits. In 2012, they joined The Shubert Organization as a Manager in the Entertainment Sales Group of the Partner Sales and Marketing department. Keturah was later promoted to the role of Director of Partner Sales and Marketing in July 2017.
Keturah Shapiro obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management / Music from Franklin & Marshall College. Keturah attended this college from 2001 to 2005.

Since the dawn of the 20th Century, Shubert has operated hundreds of theatres and produced hundreds of plays and musicals both in New York City and throughout the United States. Shubert currently owns and operates seventeen Broadway theatres and six off-Broadway venues.
