Roland Matrenza

Roland Matrenza is a highly experienced individual who has held various executive positions in the corporate world. Currently serving as a Strategy Advisor and Executive Mentor for their own company, Roland also sits on the SILC Group Advisory Board. With a strong background in finance and strategic development, Matrenza has also been involved in mentoring programs at Melbourne Business School and FINSIA. Over the years, Roland has held significant roles in National Australia Bank Group and its subsidiaries, demonstrating expertise in group strategy formulation, new business development, and large project management. Matrenza holds a diverse educational background including degrees in Economics, Accounting, Marketing, and an MBA from University of Melbourne and Melbourne Business School.
