Adam Miller

Adam Miller is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operations and merchandising within the food service and retail sectors. Currently serving as the Chief Operating & Merchandising Officer at The Sill since June 2021, Adam has previously held leadership positions such as Chief Operating Officer at Giftbasket Holdings LLC and Senior Vice President of Operations at Dean & DeLuca. Adam's career includes significant roles at Fairway Market and Lackmann Culinary Services, where responsibilities encompassed fresh foods and food services. Beginning in 1999 at ARAMARK as Director of Food Services, Adam's foundational education includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel, Restaurant & Travel Administration from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, completed in 1999.
