Mauricio Paz Valverde

Mauricio Paz Valverde has significant experience in the semiconductor industry. Mauricio began their career at Intel Corporation in 2016, where they worked as a Signal Integrity Engineer. In this role, they focused on high-speed interfaces, applying transmission line theory and electromagnetic principles to ensure the quality of new silicon, package, and board designs. Mauricio was also experienced in setting up complex I/O links simulations using industry tools such as ADS. Mauricio worked at Intel Corporation until the end of 2022. In 2023, Mauricio joined The Six Semiconductor as a Senior System Engineer, where they currently hold this position.

Mauricio Paz Valverde pursued their high school education at Colegio Seminario from 2005 to 2009. Following this, they attended Tecnológico de Costa Rica from 2010 to 2016, where they earned a Licentiate degree in Computer Engineering.
