Director, Events And Programs at The Skating Club of Boston

Leslie Graham has extensive experience in the field of synchronized skating. Leslie currently works as the Director of Events and Programs at The Skating Club of Boston since May 2020. Prior to this, Leslie worked at U.S. Figure Skating for several years, where they held various roles such as Senior Director of Synchronized Skating and Skating Programs, Director of Synchronized Skating and Skating Programs, and Manager of Synchronized Skating. In these positions, they oversaw programming and development for synchronized skating teams across the United States, including coach education, development camps, and the coordination of competitions and events. Leslie also contributed to the growth and success of synchronized skating through the creation of educational materials and collaborative programs with committee chairs. Before joining U.S. Figure Skating, Leslie was the Synchro Program Administrator at the Greater Kalamazoo Skating Association, where they established and managed the Kalamazoo Kinetic synchronized skating program. Leslie also served as a Synchronized Skating Coach at Western Michigan University for several years. In this role, they were responsible for the recruitment, team selection, choreography, and overall development of the university's synchronized skating teams.

Leslie Graham attended Western Michigan University from 2002 to 2006, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Management.
