John Albertini

John Albertini serves as the Chief Medical Officer and a member of the Board of Managers at QualDerm Partners, overseeing a large dermatology group with over 350 providers across 150 practice sites in 17 states since January 2020. Additionally, John has been the President of The Skin Surgery Center since July 2002 and holds a volunteer position as an Adjunct Associate Professor in the Department of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at Wake Forest School of Medicine. John's extensive background includes past leadership roles such as Past President of the American College of Mohs Surgery and the North Carolina Dermatology Association, along with key contributions to various committees within these organizations. Recognized with the ACMS Distinguished Service Award in 2018, John's initiatives have led to significant savings for CMS through the development of quality metrics. John’s educational credentials include an M.D. from The University of Chicago and a Bachelor’s Degree in English from the University of Notre Dame, complemented by advanced training in Mohs and dermatologic surgery.
