Lukas Montani

Lukas Montani has a varied work experience. In 2011, they began working at Sentry Health Correction Services as a Compliance Officer. Lukas then moved to Vancity as a Financial Services Sales Representative, where they maintained a perfect score on all client service satisfaction surveys and consistently achieved 120-140% of sales targets. In 2013, they took on a role as a Federal Collections Officer at the Canada Revenue Agency, where they were promoted to Collections Officer after only 7 months. Lukas also led a team in redesigning and implementing a new streamlined training program for all new officers introduced to the collections department. Later that year, they began working at RBC as a Financial Services Sales Representative, where they maintained a perfect score on all client service satisfaction surveys and consistently achieved 120-140% of sales targets. In 2020, they took on a role as an Account Executive at Appara. Lukas currently works at Deel as an Account Executive, SMB NAM, and they previously worked at The Sky Guys as Managing Owner and Head of Business Development in Vancouver.

Lukas Montani completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Economics and Business at the University of Victoria between 2006 and 2010. Lukas then attended CSI Global Education to complete the Canadian Securities Course between 2011 and 2012. In 2015, they obtained the Certificate of Proficiency in Radio - ROC-A from Industry Canada. In 2019, they obtained the Advanced Operations Pilot Certificate (RPAS) from Transport Canada - Transports Canada.
