Elisabeth Hughes Macdonald

Elisabeth Hughes MacDonald is the CEO of Small Business Financial Exchange, Inc. and a Founding Member and Past President of the Board at Impact 100 Garden State. Elisabeth co-founded a philanthropic organization providing grants to nonprofits in northern New Jersey. Elisabeth has extensive experience in the financial industry, including roles at JPMorgan Chase and Citizens Bank. Elisabeth holds an MBA in Finance & Accounting from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a BA in Economics from Lafayette College.
