Beatrice Johnston is a seasoned professional with a strong background in commercial operations and project management. Currently serving as Commercial Operations Manager at The Smarty Train since January 2022, Beatrice previously held positions such as Commercial Executive at Rego and Commercial Project Executive at Shinesmith. Beatrice began a career at Shinesmith as Project Team Coordinator, utilizing expertise in behavioral science and events management to benefit Shinesmith Academy and the broader organization. Additionally, Beatrice operated as a self-employed Event Manager from January 2017 to January 2021, specializing in experiential marketing across the UK. Beatrice holds a Master’s degree in Behavioral Science for Management from the University of Stirling and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Glasgow.
