Saj Jetha

Saj Jetha is the founder and former Managing Director of The Smarty Train, a multi-award-winning organization focused on Employment Related issues, including Talent Strategy and Learning Strategy, since July 2007. Previously, Saj served as the Economics Course Director for the CHOICE Economics Summer School at the London School of Economics from June 2002 to September 2013, where the program received commendation from The House of Lords. Prior experience includes roles as a Strategy Consultant in both Ernst & Young's and Accenture's Strategy Practices, specializing in the Public Sector and Strategic Human Performance. Saj holds an MSc in Industrial Relations from The London School of Economics and a BSc in Economics from UCL, complemented by further education at Harvard Business School.
