Scott Parr

Scott Parr has over 30 years of experience in the dental field, currently serving as the owner of The Smile Center since March 1989, where a commitment to providing excellent patient care is emphasized within a supportive team environment. Previously, Scott held leadership roles as the Past President and charter member of the Board of Directors for Toby's Dream Foundation from January 2010 to August 2012, contributing to the mission of helping local children with life-threatening illnesses. Additionally, Scott was the board member and president of the Eastern Virginia branch of the Make-A-Wish Foundation from 2001 to 2006, overseeing the granting of numerous wishes annually. Scott holds a DDS degree from Virginia Commonwealth University School of Medicine, completed in 1988, and an undergraduate education from the University of Virginia, earned in 1984.
