Jason Flinn, PHR, SHRM-CP

Jason Flinn, PHR, SHRM-CP has extensive experience in human resources and management roles. Jason is currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at The Smilist Management since July 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Director of Human Resources at Teq from May 2021 to June 2022. At Teq, they demonstrated a strong commitment to supporting educators in implementing technology in the classroom.

Before Teq, Jason worked at Prestige Employee Administrators, where they served as the Director of Client Services and Human Resources from November 2019 to May 2021. Jason also held various roles at Prestige, including Manager of Client Services/HR & Benefits, Human Resources Business Partner, and Human Resources Generalist.

Additionally, Jason has experience in district management roles. Jason served as a District Manager at Paylocity Corporation from February 2011 to June 2013, and as a Major Accounts District Manager at ADP, Inc. from January 2006 to February 2011.

Early in their career, Jason worked as a Sales Manager at One Communications from 2001 to April 2006.

Jason Flinn, PHR, SHRM-CP, earned their Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from York College of Pennsylvania, where they studied from 1996 to 2000. Prior to that, they completed their secondary education at Northport High School from 1992 to 1996.

In addition to their educational background, Jason Flinn has obtained the SHRM-CP certification from SHRM in April 2015. Jason also holds the PHR Certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI, which they obtained in January 2014.
