Anna Slattery is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in philanthropy and executive search. Currently serving as the Senior Philanthropy Manager at The Smith Family since February 2016, Anna focuses on enhancing relationships with philanthropic partners and driving revenue growth in Trusts and Foundations. Prior to this role, Anna operated a search consultancy from 2009 to 2015, supporting Search & Research Companies, and held the position of Executive Search Manager at Wallage Executive from 1998 to 2008, overseeing middle management and executive appointments. Earlier career highlights include providing recruitment services as a Banking & Finance Consultant at Badenoch & Clark and managing instructional design projects at ANZ. Anna began her career as a Primary Teacher at Melbourne Girls Grammar. Educational credentials include a Graduate Certificate of Social Impact from Swinburne University of Technology, a Graduate Certificate in Careers Education & Development from RMIT University, and advanced degrees in Instructional Design & Technology and Teaching from Deakin University.
