Nicholas Monks

Nicholas Monks is an experienced hospitality professional with a diverse background in management and culinary roles. Currently serving as Regional Manager at The Snowfox Group since January 2019, Nicholas has previously held various positions at YO! Sushi from February 2010 to January 2022, including Area Manager and General Manager International. Additional experience includes roles such as General Manager, Head Chef, and Area Manager at YO! Sushi, and Sous Chef at Bella Italia from September 2005 to February 2010, along with a Shift Leader position at TGI Fridays from September 2000 to September 2005. Nicholas holds a GNVQ in Hospitality and Catering from City College Southampton, completed between 2006 and 2008.
