Grace Sodzi-Smith

Grace Sodzi-Smith is a Partnerships Manager at The Social Change Agency. Grace has previous experience working as an Operations and Project Manager at PAPER Arts CIC, a Graduate Management Trainee at Charityworks, and a Project Coordinator at Equal Futures. Grace has also designed and delivered educational workshops to 18-24 year olds interested in setting up a social enterprise as part of the pilot 'Got An Idea?' programme.

Grace Sodzi-Smith has a background in design thinking and innovation from the Royal College of Art, as well as a BSc in business and entrepreneurship from Falmouth University. Grace also has an AAT Level 2 certification in bookkeeping from Weston College.
