Eva Sosa Lizama has extensive work experience, starting in 2006 with Hoteles Catalonia. Eva began as an Executive Assistant to the Managing Director before transitioning to the Events & Conventions Department, where they gained experience in sales, logistics, and interdepartmental coordination. Eva then worked as an Executive Marketing professional, focusing on marketing strategies.

In 2009, Eva joined ESHOB (Escola Superior d'Hostaleria de Barcelona), where they served as the Marketing and Communications Manager. Here, they organized the 1st Congress of Hospitality in Barcelona and taught Marketing in Hospitality. Eva also formed valuable relationships with colleagues, students, and partners in the hotel sector.

In 2013, Eva joined The Student Hotel as the Marketing and Communications Manager for TSH Campus Barcelona. Eva successfully introduced the brand in the French market and managed various marketing campaigns across channels. Eva later became the Senior Regional Marketing Manager for Southern Europe and then the Senior Commercial Manager of Hotel Openings, Europe. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Experience Innovation & Development at The Social Hub.

Eva Sosa Lizama began their education journey in 2001 at Universidad Anáhuac Mayab, where they pursued a degree in Corporate Communication and Advertising. Eva studied there until 2005. Following that, in 2007, they attended ESERP Business School, where they obtained a Master's Degree in Commercial and Marketing Management. Eva completed their studies at ESERP in 2008. In 2014, Eva Sosa Lizama enrolled at INESDI Business School and completed a postgraduate program in Digital Marketing & Inbound Marketing in 2015. Eva'seducation history showcases their focus on communication and media studies, followed by their interest in commercial and marketing management, and finally, their pursuit of knowledge in digital marketing.
