Jeroen Brandwacht

Jeroen Brandwacht serves as the Global Head of Talent Acquisition at The Social Hub since January 2024, bringing extensive expertise in recruitment and talent management. Previously held the position of Head of Talent Acquisition NL at DEPT® from September 2017 to January 2024, where responsibilities included growing the talent acquisition team, managing recruitment metrics, and optimizing recruitment processes. Jeroen's career also encompasses significant roles at bunq and TravelBird, focusing on recruitment strategies and employer branding, as well as consulting roles in executive search. Jeroen holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Work, Organization, and Personnel Psychology from the University of Groningen.
