Rienk Oosterhof is an experienced real estate executive currently serving as Chief Real Estate Officer and Executive Board Member at The Social Hub since October 2022, where responsibilities include sourcing, acquiring, and developing disruptive hospitality products on a global scale. Prior to this role, Rienk held similar positions at The Student Hotel from February 2016 to October 2022, overseeing project initiation and development of the brand's unique concept. Rienk's previous experience includes significant roles at Unibail-Rodamco and BAM Group, where responsibilities encompassed large-scale project management and financial engineering. Rienk holds a Master of Science in Construction Management from the University of Strathclyde and a Bachelor of Engineering in Built Environment & Architecture from Hanze University, complemented by international experience through an internship at the University of Cape Town.
