Tessa Winter

Tessa Winter has a diverse work experience spanning over several roles and industries. Tessa began their career as an Instructor at De Larense Manege in 2006 before moving on to work as an Event Assistant at Dolfinarium in 2010. Tessa then gained experience as a Recruiter/Event Assistant at Gloria Palace Royal Hotel in 2012. Tessa later joined XL Studenten Uitzendbureau as a Recruiter and then worked as an Account Manager at Abroad Internships. Tessa also served as a Client Relations & Events Manager at fCN - Founders Carbon Network. Tessa's most recent position was as the Head of The Connector Program | Partnerships & Events at The Student Hotel, where they led a cross-European team and was responsible for vision, strategy, and partnerships. Currently, they are working as the Head of Community at The Social Hub.
