Kelsey Dahlager, MBA, serves as the Sr. Director of Social Care & Engagement at The Social Lights, bringing extensive experience in social media and digital marketing. Previous roles include Sr. Manager of MarTech + Social Operations and Sr. Manager of Social Performance & Capabilities at Target, as well as Sr. Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist at HealthPartners. Kelsey has also held positions as a Marketing & Communications Coordinator at the Arthritis Foundation Upper Midwest Region and as an intern with Special Olympics Minnesota. Educational credentials include a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Integrated Marketing and Communication from St. Catherine University and a degree in Journalism and Mass Communication from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
