Programme Management and Coordination Team

The Programme Management and Coordination Team at The Social Mobility Foundation designs, implements, and oversees educational and career development programmes for high-achieving young people from lower socioeconomic backgrounds. They ensure the smooth delivery of residential and non-residential programmes, develop new initiatives to enhance participant experience, and coordinate with external partners to provide a comprehensive support network. The team also monitors and evaluates programme outcomes to continuously improve their impact on social mobility.
