Jessica Phillips is the founder of The Social Standard, an award-winning influencer marketing agency established in April 2014, specializing in B2C and B2B brands with a proven track record of working with top clients such as Adobe and Fiat Chrysler. Prior to this, Jessica served as COO at HelloSociety, where significant revenue growth was achieved, and worked as an associate at Great Hill Partners, focusing on private equity investments. Jessica's early career included roles in mergers and acquisitions at William Blair and an internship at SC Johnson. Jessica holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Indiana University Bloomington and a BS in Finance, Marketing, Real Estate, and International Business from the Kelley School of Business.
