Rich Delpizzo

Rich Delpizzo is a highly experienced professional with a robust background in naval engineering and government services. Currently serving as a Fellow and chair of various committees at SNAME since 2005, Rich also holds the position of Chair for Professional Development at the American Society of Naval Engineers. Rich has been a Director at the American Bureau of Shipping since 2004, overseeing Global Government Services and Government Operations Engineering. Prior roles include management positions in government operations and US LNG development, as well as serving as Treasurer at Edsall Park Swim Club from 2002 to 2014. With a military background as a Captain in the US Navy Reserve, Rich holds a Bachelor of Science in Marine Engineering Systems from the United States Merchant Marine Academy and has obtained field certifications in program management and test and evaluation from Defense Acquisition University.
