Kate Sampson is a dedicated professional with experience in various roles within healthcare and community service. Currently serving as a Student Testing Assistant at the Office of Student Life at The Ohio State University since August 2020, Kate previously worked as a Patient Care Assistant at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center and as a state tested nurse aide at Magnolia Springs Senior Living. Additionally, Kate has been involved with The Society of St. Vincent de Paul since 2017, where responsibilities include planning and leading service learning retreats for high school and college participants. For more than 150 years, the Society of St. Vincent de Paul has compassionately cared for those in need throughout Cincinnati and Hamilton County. In addition to providing immediate help with pressing needs such as food or utilities, we operate southwest Ohio's only Charitable Pharmacy; eight thrift stores that provide furniture, clothing and household items to people in need; neighborhood food pantries including the Becky & Ted Catino Food Pantry in the West End; and the Ozanam Center for Service Learning.
