Nyani Lebrasse

Nyani Lebrasse has a strong background in the food industry, with experience ranging from being a Chef De Partie to a NPD Technologist. Currently working at The Soho Sandwich Co, Nyani also gained valuable experience as a Café Manager at Building Bloqs and Assistant Manager at Le Montmartre Catering. They hold a Master's degree in Food Science from London Metropolitan University and a Higher National Diploma in Psychology from the University of Sussex.
