Joshua Pama

Joshua Pama is an experienced asset manager currently working on the construction of the 195MWp Springbok Power Plant with The SOLA Group, specializing in multi-buyer wheeling projects in South Africa since August 2024. Previously, Joshua held multiple roles at The Sun Exchange from October 2020 to March 2024, including managing solar and battery project pipelines and developing renewable energy projects funded through power purchase agreements. Earlier experience includes serving as a trainee project developer at Seriti Green, where insights into utility-scale project development were gained across East Africa, and co-founding Arkology, a collective focused on art, technology, and sustainability. Joshua holds a Postgraduate Degree in Sustainable Development from the School of Public Leadership at Stellenbosch University and a Bachelor's degree in Chartered Accounting from Stellenbosch University.
