The SOS Collective is a global community offering free online sober support for women who want to live alcohol free lives.

Our mission is simple. Women supporting women in sobriety.

We host regular online meetings where women can connect, share honestly and support one another in a safe, non judgemental environment. Our community includes women who are just beginning to question their relationship with alcohol, as well as those who have been sober for many years.

Alongside meetings, we offer courses and resources designed to help women better understand alcohol and strengthen their sobriety. These include programmes such as the SOS 30 Day Reset.

The SOS Collective is run by volunteers who believe connection is one of the most powerful tools in recovery. By bringing women together from around the world, we aim to create a space where honesty, compassion and shared experience help women build alcohol free lives.
