Charles Peronnin

Charles Peronnin is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in real estate, architecture, and business development. Currently serving as a Regional Franchisor for The Source Bulk Foods since December 2019, Charles is instrumental in promoting sustainable, zero-waste practices across an extensive network of locations. Prior to this role, Charles was Vice President at EG Real Estate Advisors, specializing in unlocking complex real estate investment opportunities. As a co-founder and board member of ATRIA, a private members club, Charles facilitated business networking for a community of over 300 CEOs and entrepreneurs. Charles has also held significant project management roles at Hermitage SAS and David Chipperfield Architects. Academic credentials include an MSc in Real Estate Development from Columbia University and an AA Diploma in Architecture & Urban Design from the Architectural Association in London.
