Robert Finch

Robert Finch is President of Select Spectrum, Inc., an FCC spectrum license consulting firm. He is a wireless spectrum executive known for ability to conceive, analyze and implement strategic business change. Has built substantial value by identifying and working with others to resolve multiple complex technical and business problems. Prior to creating Select Spectrum, Mr. Finch was Vice President, Spectrum Development at Sprint Nextel Corp., and Vice President, Corporate Development for Ciena Corporation, an optical network systems manufacturer. He holds an M.S. in Engineering Economic Systems from Stanford University.
