Hayley Moretz, MPH, MA, is a Clinical Operations and Strategy Consultant at The Southeast Permanente Medical Group since August 2025. Previously, from August 2020 to June 2025, Moretz served as a Public Health Policy Analyst at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, leading international health engagements and managing strategic partnerships in the Global Health Center. Moretz also held roles as a Global Program Management Fellow and Research Specialist at the University of Arizona, focusing on public health programs and research protocols related to health promotion. Earlier experience includes program coordination at HealthCorps and SNAP-Ed, as well as teaching and volunteering in various educational and health-related settings. Moretz earned a Master of Public Health and a Master of Arts in Latin American Studies from the University of Arizona, and a Bachelor of Arts from Davidson College, graduating Cum Laude.
