Leslie Pugh

Leslie Pugh, MBA, has over 15 years of experience in healthcare business intelligence and clinical reporting. Leslie began their career at WellCare Health Plans as a Business Systems Analyst and Project Manager. Leslie then moved on to Neighborly Care Network, where they served as Director of CHOICE Program and Vice President of Managed Care. Following that, Leslie joined Kaiser Permanente as Manager of Quality Analytics. Currently, Leslie is the Director of Business Intelligence Group at The Southeast Permanente Medical Group, where they lead a team of analysts and data scientists in executing business reporting functions and driving operational scorecards. Leslie'skey contributions include restructuring analytical teams, developing enterprise data warehouses, and leading EPIC reporting initiatives.

Leslie Pugh holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from SUNY Brockport. Leslie furthered their education by obtaining a Master of Business Administration in Strategic Management from Medaille University. Leslie also holds certifications in EPIC Ambulatory and EPIC Reporting Workbench from Epic, obtained in 2013 and 2011 respectively.
