Philip Gilboy

Philip Gilboy has a diverse work experience in the legal and business development field. Philip currently serves as the Legal Director for the Middle East at The Sovereign Group and as a Board Member for Sovereign Saudi Arabia. Philip has also held various roles within The Sovereign Group, including Director, Legal Counsel for Sovereign Wealth, and Legal Counsel for the Middle East. Prior to joining The Sovereign Group, they worked as a Solicitor at Cathal N. Young, O'Reilly & Co. Philip also has experience as a Lawyer and Business Development Manager at The Sovereign Group. Philip began their career at Dun & Bradstreet, where they served as a Senior New Business & Account Manager, specializing in providing comprehensive corporate services and advising clients on business structures. Philip's early career includes a role as a Legal Advisor in the Legal Department of AIB.

Philip Gilboy attended the University of Galway from 2001 to 2004 and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Law and Economics. Philip then pursued a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) at the same university from 2004 to 2005. Additionally, they completed a Solicitor program at the Law Society of Ireland.
