Alexis Salvagna

Alexis Salvagna is a Human Resource Coordinator at The Spa at Norwich Inn since October 2021, responsible for onboarding new employees, conducting orientations, and assisting with benefit administration and training coordination. Previous experience includes roles as a Secretary at Montville Public Schools, where bookkeeping and budget management were key responsibilities, and as an Administrative Assistant at blp Enterprises, Inc., managing accounting functions and office operations. Additionally, Alexis has extensive management experience from Texas Roadhouse and has completed a Human Resources Internship at EASTCONN. Alexis holds a Bachelor's degree in Labor Relations and Human Resource Management from Eastern Connecticut State University.
