Alessia Casillo

Alessia Casillo is an experienced legal professional currently serving as the Head of Legal Affairs and Legal Executive at The Space Cinema since November 2016. Prior to this role, Alessia worked as a Legal Advisor for Europe, the Middle East, and India at Fendi from September 2013 to October 2016, and was an Associate specializing in Finance & Projects at DLA Piper from May 2012 to July 2013. Earlier experience includes serving as an Associate at Studio Legale Grimaldi e Associati from 2005 to 2012, focusing on Project Finance in the energy and infrastructure sectors as well as corporate law. Alessia possesses substantial expertise in construction and commercial contracts, financing agreements, and an in-depth understanding of project finance transactions on both national and international levels. Educational qualifications include a Diploma Master Post Laurea in Diritto e Impresa from 24ORE Business School and a Laurea in Giurisprudenza from Università degli Studi di Bari.
