Francesco Grandinetti

Francesco Grandinetti serves as the General Manager and a member of the Board of Directors at The Space Cinema, where responsibilities include overseeing operations and governance across all TSC group companies since June 2009. Additionally, Francesco holds the role of CFO & Legal Affairs, leading finance, legal, property, and IT functions, with expertise in private equity, mergers and acquisitions, IAS conversion, and ERP systems. Francesco has been a member of the Board of Directors at Vue Italy S.p.A. since November 2014 and previously served as Financial Director at Warner Village Cinemas S.p.A. from January 2006 to May 2009. Francesco holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics from Sapienza Università di Roma, earned between 1988 and 1996.
