Heather Fritzsche

Heather Fritzsche has a strong background in business development, account management, and innovation. Heather is currently the Co-Founder and CEO of The Spearhead Group where they oversee all operational, financial, and marketing aspects of the company globally. Prior to this, Heather worked at Supremia International where they held various roles including Director of Innovation and Senior Account Director. In these positions, they were responsible for leading account management teams, achieving revenue targets, and driving promotional product innovation. Heather has a proven track record of increasing revenue and developing strong client and supplier relationships. Heather has extensive experience in managing P&L, overseeing regulatory compliance, and driving overall company growth strategies.

Heather Fritzsche has completed a certificate program called DISCUS Leadership Academy at the University of Kentucky. Heather also holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Biology from Bucknell University, where they attended from 1992 to 1996. Prior to that, they attended Kent Place School from 1988 to 1992, but the specific degree or field of study they pursued there is unknown. Besides their formal education, Heather has obtained the Wine & Spirit Education Trust Level 2 Award in Spirits from Ofqual in April 2023. Heather also received the 2020 Tory Burch Fellow designation from the Tory Burch Foundation. Additionally, they hold a WBENC Certification.
