Esther Lofgren

Esther Lofgren, OLY, is an accomplished professional with diverse experience in project management, consulting, and leadership training. Currently serving as a Project Manager for security, technology, and M&A at The SPECTRUM Group, Esther also operates Esther Lofgren LLC as a professional speaker and executive leadership trainer. Previous roles include Senior Consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton, where involvement in NextGen Analytics and the Strategic Innovation Group was key, and Co-Founder and UI/UX Lead at Hegemony Technologies, focusing on The Rowing App. Additionally, Esther held the position of Director of Marketing and Communications at SGI Global, LLC. Esther is pursuing a Master of Science in Data Analytics at ESMT Berlin and holds a degree from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
