Karla Perri

Karla Perri is a seasoned professional in government affairs and consulting, currently serving as Principal at The Spectrum Group since April 2003, where expertise in legal, regulatory, legislative, and policy matters supports corporate leadership in navigating federal opportunities and advocacy. Additionally, since 2003, Perri has been the President of Federal Solutions LLC, a firm focused on legal and policy advocacy in environmental and energy sectors, alongside advising on governmental oversight. Perri also holds the position of Adjunct Associate Professor at the University of Maryland Global Campus, teaching courses in Cybersecurity Policy and Management. Previously, Perri served as the Assistant Deputy Under Secretary for Environment at the Department of Defense, overseeing initiatives related to base closure communities. Perri holds a JD from The George Washington University Law School, an M.A. in Political Science from Colorado State University, and a B.A. in Political Science from the University of South Carolina.
