Cristina Hsieh, MBA, CCIM, currently serves as the Managing Broker at SPERRY-SEGAI CRE, where responsibilities include the sale and leasing of industrial and retail properties across Los Angeles County, Orange County, and the Inland Empire, along with representing food and beverage restaurant owners in site selection and lease negotiations. Additionally, Cristina Hsieh has been the Principal at SEGAI, INC. since October 2002, specializing in business consulting and international real estate investment. Cristina Hsieh is pursuing a Master of Legal Studies in Business Law at the University of California, Los Angeles, and holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Cal State Fullerton, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from California State University, Fullerton.
