Darrell Hoover

Darrell Hoover has a diverse work experience in the real estate industry. Darrell started their career in 1991 as the President of California Divisions at Beazer Homes, where they played a key role in the company's growth and public listing. After leaving Beazer Homes in 1997, they joined Diamond Crest Homes as the President, overseeing the acquisition, design, construction, and sales of master planned communities in Southern California. In 2006, they founded CrissCross Solutions Inc, a Real Estate Consulting Group that focused on protecting and preserving assets for banks and opportunity-equity groups. In 2013, Darrell became the President & CEO of Renaissance Commercial Real Estate, and later founded Sperry Van Ness | Renaissance Commercial Real Estate, serving as the Founder and Managing Director. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Executive Officer at Sperry Commercial Global Affiliates.
