Theresa Blauch-Mitchell Ccim

Theresa Blauch-Mitchell, CCIM, has extensive experience in commercial real estate and leadership within the CCIM community. Currently serving as the 2023 Florida CCIM SW District President, Theresa has previously held various leadership roles, including chair positions on the Networking Committee and International Activities Committee, and providing strategic direction as Membership Chair. Theresa's career includes ownership of Sperry Commercial Global Affiliates and other businesses in real estate management and events planning, complemented by a strong educational background with a CCIM designation and a degree in Fine and Studio Arts with a focus on Architecture from Florida International University.
