Allyson Lewis is an accomplished executive with significant experience in leadership roles within the retail industry. Currently serving as CEO at The Spice House since August 2020, Allyson previously held the position of CEO at The Tie Bar from July 2013 to July 2020, where responsibilities included roles as VP Merchandising and Director of Merchandising. Prior experience includes Vice President of Merchandising and Marketing at Mark Shale, and various strategic roles at Nordstrom, including Strategy Manager and Sr Strategy Analyst. Allyson began the professional journey as a Consultant at Deloitte Consulting from 2004 to 2007. Academically, Allyson holds an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a BA in Economics from the University of Michigan.
