Scott Ray

Scott Ray has a solid work experience in the field of learning and development and training. Scott started their career as a Retail Store Manager in La Belle Orleans, LLC, where they managed all aspects of daily retail store operations and implemented effective marketing strategies. Scott then worked as a Commercial Real Estate Auctioneer and Property Manager at RingMasters, LLC. Following that, they joined RealPage, Inc. as a Senior Trainer. Currently, they are working at SPINX as the Director of Learning & Development and was previously the Manager Training and Development.

Scott Ray earned a Bachelor's Degree in Education from the University of South Carolina Upstate. Scott attended the university from 1996 to 1999. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications. In June 2023, Scott completed the "Leadership Coaching Strategies" course from the Professional Development - Harvard Division of Continuing Education. Scott also attained certification as a DDI Certified Facilitator from DDI | Development Dimensions International in July 2016.
