Alan Harberson

Alan Harberson possesses extensive experience in plant operations and engineering, currently serving as a Plant Engineer at The Spiratex Company since March 2012. Prior roles include Operations Manager at Archbold Furniture Company, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing manufacturing, shipping and receiving, and quality and safety programs, as well as designing a finishing spray booth line and developing a plant layout for a facility move. Previously, Alan was the Operations/Production Manager at Hinkle Manufacturing, LLC, overseeing all plant operations, managing five departments, and supervising 100 employees. Early career experience includes a position as Plant Superintendent at ITT Hancock, achieving top customer ratings. Alan holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Toledo.
