Jen Burns is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in hospitality and operations finance. Currently serving as the Group Operations Finance Director at Splendid Hospitality Group since April 2024, Jen has previously held significant roles such as Director of Finance and Business Support at The Savoy and Director of Finance at Broadwick Soho and Nobu Hotel London Shoreditch. Earlier career highlights include the Assistant Director of Finance and Business Support at The Savoy and the Hotel Financial Controller position at glh. Hotels. Jen’s foundational experience began at Yodel, where involvement in various management accounting roles facilitated the integration of two companies during the acquisition process. Jen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business and Economics from Liverpool John Moores University and is a qualified member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA).
