Tyler Pisani has a diverse work experience across various industries. Tyler is currently working as the Director of Audience and Consumer Marketing at The Spokesman-Review, where they lead a team and develops strategies to increase digital audience and grow revenue. Prior to that, they worked as the Assistant General Manager and Director of Operations for the EWU Men's Hockey Club, contributing to the growth of the collegiate hockey program. Tyler also founded Tee Party Communications, a PR and Communications firm, where they focused on artist promotion and developing go-to-market strategies. Tyler has experience in digital engagement and retention as the Digital Engagement & Retention Manager at Advance Local and as the Digital Audience and Engagement Manager at The Spokesman-Review. Tyler has also worked in various roles in the sports industry, including as a Gameday Media Assistant for Spokane Chiefs Hockey and as the Public Relations Director and Media for the Northern Pacific Hockey Conference. Additionally, Tyler has experience in program management, promotions, and on-air personality roles in the radio industry at Mapleton Communications. Tyler started their career at KHQ-TV as a Technical Media Producer, where they assisted with behind-the-scenes duties for local morning shows.

Tyler Pisani obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and Media from Full Sail University from 2015 to 2017. Following this, they pursued a Master's Degree in Public Relations at Full Sail University from 2018 to 2019. Most recently, Tyler completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus in Marketing at Grand Canyon University from 2020 to 2022.
