Randall L. is an experienced Lead Web Developer with a robust background in software development and architecture. Currently at Sportsman's Guide since November 2014, Randall leads development efforts in an agile/scrum environment and champions the transition to test-driven development. Previously, as a Software Developer at ITA Group, Inc., Randall served as the technical lead for the Central Region, focusing on sales incentive web applications for Fortune 500 clients while implementing test-driven development practices.
